In a case that has SHOCKED Sweden, a 17 year old girl was beheaded by her boyfriend after she dumped him.
The young girl, Wilma Andersson dissappeared on the 14th of November last year and a total of 5 000 police officers, experts and volunteers were involved in searching for the young girl.
In a grim discovery, her decapitated head was found wrapped in aluminum foil in a suitcase in the apartment where Wilma and her boyfriend lived. The rest of her body hasn’t been found.
Her boyfriend, Tishko Ahmed Shabaz aged 23 has been charged with her murder. The man is originally from Iraq and got Swedish citizenship in 2014 after having been in the country since 2006.
It is claimed that neighbours heard screaming from the apartment where Wilma and Tishko had been living.
Police found traces of blood inside the flat and a kitchen knife that had Wilma’s blood on it, with prosecutors saying that she was subjected to repeated violence during her death.
However, the boyfriend claims that it was someone else who put her decapitated head in their apartment.
According to a prison guard, the suspect has told them that “she got what she deserved” and added “that little f****** wh***”.
However, during interrogation, he claims to have no recollection of having said such things, saying “I do not remember that”.
A witness has told police how the boyfriend has been violent towards her earlier and that he was controlling. For example, he choose which clothes she could wear and who she could talk with.
Tishko Ahmed Shabaz denied the allegations against him and claims that he has not murdered Wilma.
